Morning Star Publishing owned by Tennessee Author, Richard A. Nelson, started out as an online bookstore offering his collected works of poetry and ministry materials. Over the years the website has embraced friends and family, keeping them current with pictures, stories and letters throughout Richard's various travels with his wife Christine.

The main theme threaded through Richard's body of work springs from his love for God, church and family. We dedicate this website to all who share such a heart and to all those who are willing to receive such a heart from the One who makes all things new.  The Slideshow represents 4 generations including grandparents, Richard and Christine, their 4 grown children and ten grandchildren.
